Job Description

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems and clinical workflow .
• 3 years of experience providing technical support in a mission-critical environment, ideally within hospitals or government entities.
